Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your refund.

Digital Products: Once digital products or services have been accessed or downloaded, they are non-refundable.
Customized Products: Items that have been personalized or customized cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Process:

Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on cancellation of courses
Processing the Refund: Once we receive and inspect the we will process your refund to the original method and it will be credited in bank account within 7-10 business days.
